Privacy policy
Here you can find out which personal data we process when you use Oltamio, why, and what rights you have.

1. Who is the controller
The controller is WEBISION s.r.o., Hlavná 53, 091 01 Stropkov, Slovakia, Company ID (IČO) 52 852 725. Contact for personal data protection matters: info@webision.sk, telephone +421 949 616 831.
2. Which data we process and for what purpose
- Client account – name, email, country, language and password (we store the password only as an irreversible hash, not as text). Purpose: creating and maintaining the account, signing in and account-related communication. We use the country and language to set the default language of the previews. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Technical data when you visit – IP address, time of access, browser type and the address visited in server logs. Purpose: security and reliable operation of the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Communication – if you write to or call us, we process your contact details and the content of the communication in order to reply. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures or our legitimate interest in answering your questions.
- Orders – the content of the order (selected template and items, the project brief with the data you provide in it), the price, the type of customer (consumer or business), and the time and version of the accepted terms and conditions. If you are a consumer, we also store the time, the IP address and the version of the notice when you give your consent to the start of the service before the withdrawal period expires. Purpose: concluding and performing the contract and proving that the statutory information duties towards the consumer have been met. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with a legal obligation (point (c)) and our legitimate interest in proving the consent given and defending legal claims (point (f)).
We do not sell the data and do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Cookies and browser storage
We do not set any cookies when you browse the public pages, the catalogue and the previews. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies on the site.
- When signing in and registering we use strictly necessary cookies: a session and a form protection token (set as soon as the sign-in or registration form is opened; they keep you signed in and protect the forms against abuse) and an auxiliary cookie
ol_in, which remembers for 30 days after sign-in that you are signed in so that your menu can be shown in the header. These cookies are necessary for sign-in to work and do not require consent. - Preview settings (language, mode, colour, font, size) are remembered by your browser in local storage. They stay on your device and are not sent to us automatically. You delete them by clearing the site data in your browser.
4. Who we share the data with
The data is processed on our behalf by the hosting provider (Websupport, s.r.o.) as a processor. We do not otherwise disclose the data to third parties unless the law requires us to.
5. How long we keep the data
- Account data for as long as the account exists. After it is closed, we delete it without undue delay, except for data we must keep by law.
- Server logs for as long as necessary to ensure operation and security.
- Order data and the proof of consent to the start of the service for as long as legal claims can be made under the concluded contract (limitation period); accounting documents for the period set by law.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access to the data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can exercise them by email to info@webision.sk. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we are processing the data incorrectly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
7. Obligation to provide data
To create an account we need your name, email, country and password. Without them we cannot create an account. You can browse the previews and the catalogue without an account.

We may update this document. The current version is always on this page and the effective date is shown at the top.
